And the Serb’s coach, Marian Vajda, has promised to stay with Djokovic until he breaks all the tennis records. Vajda, talking about his journey with Djokovic, shared that he wishes to complete the journey of great success.
In a conversation with Novosti, he said, “I hope we work together until he breaks all records. Let us start by winning more than 20 Grand Slams.” In addition to this, the coach said talking about his relationship, “If you have such a long friendship with him as I have, for so many years, then you will succeed. We are more like a family.”

It always has to be, and there are no other secrets.” Talking about his experience with Novak, Marian says it was difficult with Novak in the early days. He shared, ”In the beginning, when I was a very young coach, it was not easy with Novak.”
Sharing about the expectation, he said, “Both he and his family want to be the best in the world. So, to fulfill his and his family’s dreams, I was to be an extremely good coach.” Besides, he also added that he was ready for the challenge from day one.
”I was to focus from day one. And I was not to make mistakes. And, I did not seem to have made a lot of them. In time, I became not only a coach but also a good friend”, said Marian.
