A Romanian professional tennis player Simona Halep lifted her 20th international title on the 20th anniversary of the Dubai duty-free tennis championship in 2020. She beats Kazakh hope Elena Rybakina by a score of 2-1 (3-6, 6-3, 7-6(7-5)).

Title Number 19 – Halep won her second grand slam title at 2019 Wimbledon Championships where she triumphed against former world number one player Serena Williams by a score of 2-0 (6-2, 6-2).

Title Number 18 – Halep won the second Rogers cup title in 2018. She faced an American hope, Sloane Stephens. The match ended with a score of 2-1 (7-6(8-6), 3-6, 6-4).

First Grand Slam For Halep

Title Number 17 – 2018 Roland Garros(French Open) was the first grand slam for Halep. When American Professional tennis player Sloane Stephens was defeated by Simona. The final score was 2-1 (3-6, 6-4, 6-1).

Title Number 16 – Simona Halep won the 2018 WTA Shenzhen open title. She conquers the defending champion Czech tennis player Katerina Siniakova by a score of 2-1 (6-1, 2-6, 6-0). Simultaneously, Halep and Irina-Camelia Begu lifted doubles titles as well.

Title Number 15 – Once again, she picked up at Mutua Madrid Open in 2017. Where Halep defeated Kristina Mladenovic, A French professional tennis player. The game concluded with 2-1 (7-5, 6-7(5-7), 6-2).

Title Number 14 – A Romanian Tennis player lifted her first Roger cup title in 2016. In the final, she defeated United States player Madison Keys. The match ended by a count of 2-0 (7-6(7-2), 6-3).

Title Number 13 – Simona Halep won the title for the second time at the Bucharest Open in 2016. She played against the Latvian tennis player Anastasija Sevastova. Finally, Halep won the title by a score of 2-0(6-0, 6-0).

Title Number 12 – This title she picked up at Mutua Madrid Open in 2016. Simona crunched Slovakia professional tennis player Dominika Cibulkova by the result of 2-0 (6-2, 6-4).

Title Number 11 – In 2015 Indian Wells Open (BNP Paribas Open) finals, Halep beat Serbian hope, Jelena Jankovic by a score of 2-1(2-6, 7-5, 6-4).
