Tennis legend Roger Federer is on a break from tennis in 2020. He might return to the tennis court in the Australian Open 2021. However, world number 4 is enjoying this time. And Swiss is currently busy in his annual visit to the headquarters of Jura, a giant in the coffee industry. Additionally, Federer has been actively visiting here since 2016. 

Besides, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everything was silent and low. Additionally, there was no media or guests for the event. Moreover, the former world number one revealed how Rubia coffee beans are liked by all his kids and are their favorite. Federer also said that he always gets an opportunity to learn something new every time he pays a visit.

While Federer has been away from the court, he has been actively participating in the interviews, commercials, etc. While in the headquarters of Jura, Schweizer Illustrierte interviewed Federer. During the conversation, He talked about his pandemic life, tennis insights, and much more.

When asked about his last conversation with Novak, Federer replied, “About two months ago. But it was all about how and when tennis starts again. And how corona measures can be implemented in upcoming tournaments.”

Additionally, Swiss also said, “We are both on the 10- member players’ council of the tour. It is about a lot, about the survival of tournaments. And about the professionals who continue to have their expenses.”

Additionally, it is no hidden fact that the pandemic has been economically challenging for most tennis athletes. In addition to this, a lot of sponsors were lost. These led to financial stress on players as well as tennis bodies.

Federer has no plan of returning to the court before 2021. Simultaneously, the Serb and world number one Novak Djokovic is currently playing in Paris at the Roland Garros. Roger is now recovering from surgery and is currently happy with this recovery time.
