Belarus Professional Aryna Sabalenka has been playing the best standard of tennis in recent days. Having concluded the previous season with back-to-back titles, she has now reached the 2021 season inaugural event final. However, an inform player admits there is still room for improvement in her game.
On Tuesday, 22-years-old Belarusian booked her third consecutive finals spot at Abu Dhabi Women’s Tennis Open after steering past ninth seed Maria Sakkari in the straight sets(6-3, 6-2).
In the post-match interview, the fourth seed Sabalenka said she is just focusing on the right things than winning the match.
“This helps me to, first of all, not think about all these wins, and secondly, to keep winning. I just need to keep focusing on my game, keep focusing on the movement on the court, and try to do everything I can at the moment. I think this works really well,” World No.10 added.

“Focusing On The Right Things Helps Me Have Fun On The Court”, says Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka took only 57 minutes to overcome World No.22 Maria Sakkari, who stunned top seed Sofia Kenin in the quarter-final. Belarusian, one of the tallest players in the WTA Tour, blasted 22 winners, including eight aces. And she just made a double fault, which is very low in the last five matches.
Aryna Sabalenka continued, “I just want to improve everything in my game. I think there are still so many things to go and to improve.”

“I would say focusing on the right things helps me have fun on the court, and it makes my life a little bit easier, I’m just enjoying the process and enjoying the game,” She concluded.
In the Abu Dhabi WTA event’s championship match, Aryna Sabalenka will face Russian Veronika Kudermetova, who upset second seed Elina Svitolina in the quarter-final.
